On line orders

After the order is placed online you will receive a confirmation email indicating if the item is immediately available or must be produced and approximately how many days are required for delivery. If in stock we will need 2 weeks, if unavailable 4 weeks.

Shoes are sent by private courier which is tracked and followed by us till its destination. A few days before the delivery you will be sent a second email with the date of arrival.

If the size is not correct or for any other items can be returned only if both the sole and vamp have not been damaged.

Return policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any explanation within 10 calendar days from the arrival of the goods by sending an email to info@yobaile.com. This communication is valid when it is acquired by the receiver who responds with a confirmation, activating to receive the goods.

Change of Items

There is the possibility within 10 working days to change or return the undamaged: the rule is that the product must be as when received.

The customer must, therefore, send back the shoes at his own expense to the address indicated in the confirmation email. As soon as it is received, if the product is intact as explained above, Yobaile will change or refund depending on the case.

Any new shipment is at our expense when there is a size problem, a defect or an error. It is charged to the customer when he returns because the article does not satisfy his preferences or has simply changed his mind about the model or color or type of sole.

The items that can be changed are all standard ones: pieces that have been customized “ad hoc” on the customer cannot be changed, in terms of size (for example half measures), in color (a color chosen out of the color list, out of standard in the online catalog) and in general whenever something is requested “on-demand”.
