Frequently asked questions

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

Sizes on our site are Italian ones. To convert them use the table that we enclose.
To be more confident, just draw the shape of the foot on a sheet of paper, as shown in the “MEASUREMENTS” section, and measure the length of the foot and its width at the larger part.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY?

When shoes are in stock 2 week only. If they are out of stock or for customizations, 3 weeks are required for production and 1 week for delivery.
This is because we proceed with a new order and as soon as it is available we ship it from Italy.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The price shown is not inclusive of shipping and customs duties. Shipping cost is shown in your shopping cart after you entered your address or final destination.

CAN I BUY WITHOUT ACCOUNT?

Yes. There is no need to register to place an order.

IF SIZE IS NOT MY SIZE MAY I RETURN SHOES?

If the item is standard YES: this is a foreseen case and the return costs are charged to the customer while the new shipment is at our expense.
On the other hand, if the item is “customized” most of the times it is not possible to return it because it is built on the customer. We reserve the right to examine every single case.

CAN I HAVE HALF SIZES?

Yes. Normally standard sizes are already available in stock while half sizes are supplied ON REQUEST: it is necessary to wait for the production of a new pair of shoes.
They cannot be returned customizations.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED?

All types of payment are accepted including credit cards and Paypal. Bank wires are also allowed.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY?

Deliveries are made exclusively by private courier. Each shipment has a tracking number to check the status of the shipment. Normally we request a telephone contact and follow the courier directly, informing the customer of the expected delivery date to guarantee that everything goes well.
